Our goal is to introduce our children to the God of the Bible who has revealed Himself to us through His Word, and through His Son Jesus Christ and to encourage them to trust and follow Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.

Sunday School

Check in at the Welcome Center desk when you arrive. Nursery is provided for babies and toddlers.
Our Sunday School classes are designed to teach children basic biblical principles that will lead to greater understanding of God's Word using curriculum from Gospel Light and Answers in Genesis.

Kids on Mission
Wednesdays in September — May, 6:30 — 7:30PM, K — 5th grade
Explore cultures around the world, learn about missions from real Missionary Kids, and participate in hands-on missions projects in your own hometown.
Awana Clubs
Sundays in August — May, 5:00 — 6:30PM, Ages 3 years — 5th grade
Awana is an international, Bible-centered children's and youth ministry providing local churches with weekly clubs, programs, and training for students in preschool through high school. Their goal is to equip churches to reach kids, and their families, with the gospel of Christ and train them to serve Him. The acronym Awana comes from the first letters of Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed as taken from 2 Timothy 2:15. Children participate in Scripture Memory, Encouraging Lessons, Exciting Games and Lots of Fun!
At Wake Chapel Awana weekly clubs meetings include Cubbies (pre-school), Sparks (K — 2nd grade), and Truth & Training (3rd — 5th graders).
Vacation Bible School

At Vacation Bible School, children are invited to participate in memorable Bible-learning activities, sing catchy songs, play fun games, make hands-on crafts, and experience adventures that anchor them in Biblical truths.
